Explore/Implement Action Steps

After the crisis and the goal have been determined, it is time to explore your "action steps". Your action steps represent the steps it will take to move forward from your stated crisis toward your desired goal. In collaboration with me and the Holy Spirit, you will be the one to determine the steps you need to take. As you work out the action steps between sessions, I will be there to keep you accountable. You will not be alone and together we will work the process out. 

Life Coaching is about the big picture. Pablo Casals, a famous cellist, says that "You are a marvel. You are unique". You have abilities, values, visions, and thinking processes that are specific to you and it is my responsibility to help you draw these out. It is a collaboration-"parakaleo". I am reminded of a Scripture verse which states "Again I say to you that if two of you agree on earth concerning anything that they ask, it will be done for them by My Father in heaven. For where two or three are gathered together in My name, I am there in the midst of them" (NKJV, Matthew 18:19-20). We work together: Christ-Client-Coach.
